Metwest Commercial, a wholesale nationwide commercial lender, is seeking ambitious, experienced loan officers to join our Wholesale Account Executive Team. Training, support, and leads provided.

PROFESSIONAL DUTIES:

• Originate and review incoming files to ensure adherence to product offerings (i.e. complete 1003's, tri-merge, etc.)
  
• Take inbound calls on new loan scenarios, assisting the Broker with loan structuring
• Manage one on one Broker/Agent Relationship
• After pre-approval, assist broker with any objections the borrower has with the terms/pricing/etc. of the loan
• Approve new brokers
• Conduct 60 outbound calls per day
• Keep up to date on matrix knowledge
• Monitor and manage pipeline to achieve 25% closing ratio to pre-approval

REQUIREMENTS:

• Self-motivated
• Quick learner
• Ability to adapt to change
• Willingness to go beyond basic requirements of the job
• Strong time management, organizational and follow-through skills
• PC skills including Microsoft Windows
• Ability to work with minimal direct supervision
• Strong telephone skills
