Mr. Padron is the Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Metwest and Companies. For Metwest, Mr. Padron has created the corporate vision, developed growth, and implemented strategies for all divisions under the Metwest umbrella. Mr. Padron has nearly two decades of experience in the ownership and management of commercial real estate.
His hands-on approach, attention to detail, and emphasis on premier service has enabled him to place Metwest at the forefront of the small and mid-size balance commercial lending industry. In a mere five years since finding the Company, Mr. Padron has catapulted Metwest to a national powerhouse, garnering recognition as one of the fastest growing companies in the United States. He is a Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Broker licensed in the state of California for 14 years.
Rosa Rodriguez
Chief Operating Officer
Metwest Commercial Lender
Ms. Rodrgiuez is the Chief Operational Officer and Financial Director of Metwest Corporation. She oversees the finance and operational activities of the company, its divisions and its branches. She also assists with the logistical details of sourcing, implementing and managing the relationships of our Branches, while maintaining activity levels in a quota environment.
Ms. Rodriguez joined Metwest Commercial in 2001 as an Account Executive for the firm. Her impressive sales techniques awarded her “Outstanding Performance” in 2002.
Ms. Rodriguez graduated from the University of Florida and was a member of the Honor Society.
She holds a Mortgage Broker License for the state of Florida
Marta Villegas
Corporate Administrator

Ms. Villegas is the Corporate Advisor for Metwest Corporation.
She has established an impressive track record of success in her contribution to increase revenues and her ability to work collaboratively within the firm, as well as with alliance partners. Her management style is a combination of “take charge,” tempered with diplomacy and a constant focus on the overall success of the company.
Ms. Villegas has over 20 years of experience in real estate mortgage and brokerage management. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Broker in both California and Florida.
DeCarla McBean
Managing Director of
Wall Street/Processing
DeCarla is the Managing Director for the Wall Street Division and the Processing Dept. She is responsible for managing and training processors, as well as overseeing the production of loans above $1MM.
With over 5 years of experience in processing and underwriting small balance commercial mortgages, Ms. McBean oversees the quality of loan submissions, establishes productivity requirements and goals, and ensures the processing team adheres to company standards and underwriting guidelines.
Ms. McBean is an alumni of Emory University as a Merit Scholar. Her studies included Business Administration and Finance.
Juan Ramirez
President / CEO
Commercial Real Estate Division
Juan Ramirez is the President and CEO of MetWest Commercial Real Estate, he oversees the business activities of the firm nationwide.
Mr. Ramirez has been in the commercial Real Estate for over 20 years, representing some of the biggest developers in the South Florida area as well as Hawaii, Long Island (the Hamptons ) and New York City.
He brings Exceptional Skills to the company in the areas of asset management, land development, acquisitions as well as the disposition, exchange and leasing of commercial properties.
Mr. Ramirez holds a Florida Real Estate Broker License.
Michael J. Sacks
Legal Advisor

As General Counselor of Metwest & Subsidiary Companies since 2002, he is responsible for all legal issues of the firm. Mr. Sacks is also a partner of Brush & Sacks, a bi-coastal law firm based in Miami, Florida and Beverly Hills, California.
Highly experienced in corporate, contract, entertainment and real estate law, Mr. Sacks has been lead counsel in several successful cases involving the following celebrities: Eddie Murphy, Sylvester Stallone, James Woods and Joe Pesci. He has also provided extensive analysis on TV and radio regarding a variety of legal issues, including expert commentary on ABC, NBC, the “Rivera Live” Show, and CNN.
Mr. Sacks graduated with honors and on the “Dean’s List” from the University of Southern California and the Pepperdine School of Law. He also served as the Student At-Large representative for the law school.
Cynthia B. Robinson
Quality Control /
Compliance Specialist

Mrs. Robinson is the Quality Control/Compliance Specialist at Metwest Commercial Lending Division. She is responsible for commercial underwriting, quality control and due diligence audit, regulatory compliance and customized training courses for the firm.
Mrs. Robinson has pursued a career in mortgage banking since 1975 and is familiar with all aspects of loan origination, underwriting, closing, servicing, sales acquisitions, and securitizations. She has written quality control and due diligence audit procedures for several major lenders and has conducted loan origination and servicing audits in conformance with FDIC, OTS, HUD, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac requirements. She is also adept at translating complex laws and statutes into layman’s terms. Her consulting clients include the Attorney Generals for the states of Florida and Indiana, as well as private mortgage lenders and non-profit housing providers.
Brian Der Vartanian, CPA
Financial and Tax Advisor

Mr. Der Vartanian joined Metwest in 2000 as a tax-consulting advisor and is responsible for auditing. He has been a self-employed Certified Public Accountant for his company, Der Vartanian & Associates Accountancy Corporation, since 1997. He is currently a member of the AICPA and ASCPA. Mr. Der Vartanian brings with him a high degree of financial expertise to Metwest.
He studied in South Africa where he earned his MBA at SAU. After graduating from Pepperdine University, Mr. Der Vartanian earned his CPA and worked as a Staff Accountant for MBFR Accountancy Corporation, where he performed the A to Z of accounting and auditing.
From 1993 to 1995, he created Delphi computer programming for accounting and medical/clinical packages and developed a clinical and accounting package for long-term health care industries.
